Hey my loves, If you’re dreaming of luscious, shiny, and healthy long hair, you’re in the right place! Over time, I’ve discovered an amazing routine that works wonders for my hair. Hair care has always been close to my heart, especially because my hair used to be so thin, I worried about its health, and I often wondered if my busy schedule and running around with a toddler were contributing factors. Over time, I realised how important it is to prioritise self-care, even when life gets hectic. Taking time for your hair not only improves its health but also boosts your confidence. Let me walk you through my hair care routine and share how I transformed my hair into the shiny long hair.

1: Prep with Hair Gain Scalp Foam and Jojoba Oil (Night Before):
These products are amazing let me tell you aswel as hair gummies, before I wash my hair, I apply Hair Gain Scalp Foam to my scalp. This foam is a fantastic way to promote hair growth and nourish my roots. After applying the foam, I massage jojoba oil into my scalp to moisturise or rosemary oil and balance natural oils. Letting these products work overnight gives them plenty of time to absorb and prepare my scalp for the next day.
My Tip: I like to use a gentle scalp massage technique to improve blood circulation and help the products absorb better.

2: Wash with Grow With Me Shampoo:
The next morning, I wash my hair with Grow With Me Shampoo. This shampoo cleanses my hair thoroughly while promoting healthy hair growth. It’s gentle enough for fine hair but powerful enough to remove any buildup from the previous night’s treatments. It also has Biotin, Argan Oil, Rosemary, Niacinamide, which helps to thicken the hair.
My Tip: Rinse your hair with lukewarm water instead of hot water to prevent drying out your strands.

3: Hydrate with OUAI Hair Mask:
After shampooing, I treat my hair with the OUAI Hair Mask for fine to normal hair. This step is my favorite and love this because it leaves my hair incredibly soft, shiny, and hydrated. I apply the mask to the mid-lengths and ends of my hair and towards my roots, leaving it on for about 10–15 minutes before rinsing.
My Tip: Tip: Use this mask once a week for best results, or more often if your hair feels dry

4: Finish with Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 68 Perfume Mist:
Once my hair is clean, hydrated, and dry, I finish the routine with a spritz of Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 68 Perfume Mist. Not only does it make my hair smell amazing, but it also adds a gorgeous shine that makes my hair look polished and healthy.
