I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for years, and this cleanse has been a game-changer for me, juice cleanses have become a powerful tool for nourishing both my body and soul an the amazing benefits it has for you. There’s something about flooding your body with fresh, nutrient-rich juices it needs, So, let me take you through my personal experience and share my go to juice cleanse recipe.
I used to struggle with acid reflux and bloating all the time and I wanted something natural to get rid of it or at least ease the bloatness. However, by incorporating juice cleanses into my routine every now and then, into my routine, I’ve experienced relief from these symptoms. So, let me take you through my personal experience and share my go-to juice cleanse recipe that I like to make an I will share some other 2 favourite recipes that you may also enjoy!
My Go to Sunset Vibe Juice:
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Carrots
- Handful of grapes
- Handful of spinach leaves
- Handful of kale leaves
- Optional: any additional fruits or vegetables you find in the fridge (such as cucumber, celery, or ginger)
Instructions:
- Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
- Cut the apple in half so it can fit into into the juice maker
- Cut the lemon in half and remove any seeds.
- Remove the stems from the grapes.
- Add your full length carrots or chop it depending if needed to fit into your juicer.
- Tear the spinach and kale leaves into smaller pieces.
- If using any additional fruits or vegetables, prepare them before starting
- Put all the ingredients through a juicer , alternating between the different fruits and vegetables to ensure even mixing.
- Allow the juicer to extract the juice slowly and gently, without generating heat when pushing down
- Once all the ingredients have been juiced, give the mixture a good stir to combine the flavors.
- Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutritional benefits.
This juice blend is not only delicious but also packed with vitamins, minerals, more nutrients and enzymes compared to traditional juicing methods, and antioxidants from the apple, lemon, grapes, spinach, and kale. Im always finding the the odd random vegetable or fruit in the fridge or even when I know its going go bad it’s always good to use it in your juice maker to reduce any waste.
